Aaron P Robles Sr PT MPT CFMT™

Aaron is the franchise owner and physical therapy director of John Goetze Physical Therapy at Jacksonville Beach. He received his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, and he is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art, Inc.  Functional Manual Therapy is a highly skilled methodology utilizing a hands-on approach to diagnose and treat soft tissues and joint structures, restoring joint function and re-educating muscle and other tissues to return to normal function. With Aaron’s skilled hands-on approach of treating the cause of an injury alongside managing symptoms, our patients experience true effective healing and the prevention of recurrence of injuries.

Kathryn Wood PT DPT

Kathryn Wood is a new resident to Florida. She graduated from Western Washington University with her Bachelors of Kinesiology. She attended A. T. Still University and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 and spent several years practicing in Arizona. She enjoys working in the outpatient setting and is working towards her Functional Manual Therapy certification. She is trained in vestibular rehabilitation and holds her certification in Integrative Dry Needling. She currently resides in Jacksonville Beach and spends her free time on the beach, lifting weights, and enjoying time with family.

Taylor Miksell PT DPT

Taylor is a native of Jacksonville and received his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from University of North Florida. He continued his education by earning a Master of Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Florida Atlantic University and his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Taylor is a Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket holder and attends every home game. When not at a Jags game, Taylor can be found playing golf or enjoying all types of water activities such as fishing, swimming, boating or relaxing at the beach.

John Fiege PT MTC

John graduated PT school in 1990 from the University of Amsterdam. He moved to the US the year after and worked in the hospital, home health care and outpatient clinic settings. He is a certified Manual Therapist from the University of St Augustine since 1995 and is working towards his Functional Manual Therapist certification through the Institute of Physical Art. John also is an international Judo champion and head coach at his dojo in Atlantic Beach, which has produced national and Pan American champions.

Brianna Oeser PTA

Briana attended the University of West Florida in Pensacola on a soccer scholarship, broke records for most goals and most points, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Public Relations 2005.  She played soccer professionally in Denmark and England for 7 years, playing against favorite teams like Arsenal in the FA cup.  During this time, Briana  spent much time learning about effective training rather than over-training and gained more interest in the body and staying injury free.

In 2012, Briana returned to the U.S. and went to Florida State College of Jacksonville to become a physical therapist assistant.  She enjoys the local soccer community and working as a coach at JFC, Jacksonville Football Club.

Mark Mayfield PTA

Mark is a native of Jacksonville FL and received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Keiser University.  He also is an advocate for physical therapy as a member of the American Physical Therapist Association.  Before his career as a PTA, he used to perform theater here in Jacksonville, including local venues such as Jewish Community Alliance, ABET, Jacoby Hall, and Alhambra dinner theater.  His hobbies include singing, mostly karaoke on the weekends with his friends and family, running, lifting weights, and reading on the beach. Mark participates in local community running events such as the Gate River Run, ALS walk, The Donna Run, and others still to come.
